The Republic of South Africa will have at least one military coup by 2002
Objective measurement:
Has an (attempted ) military takeover occured in S.A ?

Why:
African ( white and Black ) mentality requires a forceful leadership , The strongest group will attempt to win power.
Democracy is not a suitable form of goverment for Africa.
Further comments:
Savageland: I can't find any information on any coups between 1996-2002... there ALMOST was one in 1998, but it was thwarted.
