Prediction:
1999 - experimental super bug- will accidently be released to the population.
Objective measurement:
Working to solve tha cure the created bug will only find its way to the general world population and kill millions within 24 hours of being released. The creation of this experimental virus will be in the area of Asia.
When:
late 1999 - winter
Why:
Why not? Research on unknown and new super bugs is now taking place.
It is only a matter of time for one to escape - I feel it will be in Asia.
