2. It has been 40 years since LSU's last championship (40 is a prophetically and bilblicly important number) 40 is even more important because Michigan won it this year after a 50 year wait (a countdown could happen, say to the end of the world of something-only one season of American football in the new millenium would be the result)
3. I know this guy who has two older siblings, his sister went to Northeast Louisiana University which won the Division 1AA National championsip her Sophmore year; his brother went to the University of Alabama which won a national championship his sophmore year; the guy I know will be a sophmore at LSU next year.
4. LSU has the best team to win next year, all others are vastly inferior.
