Soviet Union divided due to political dispute leading to war.

Objective measurement:

Unrest within the Soviet Union and newly formed countries, will start another war = especially due to major climatic changes and shortage of food.

Why:

Major climate changes will effect the weather, economy, and food for the worlds poplation. Earth is starting to change and will effect the weather, etc.

Further comments:

major eruptions of volcanos will allow the rain to fall as acid helping to kill off plants and the food supply.
