The PROBABLE prediction web pages will shut down.

The pages will no longer be accessible, or predictions whose dates have passed will not have their statuses updated for at least 3 months.

Actually it was the cost of maintaining them. ISPs took a pretty dim view of hosting web pages that generated 0.5-1.5 Mb of traffic a day. -GdB, 1998
