Prediction:

There will NOT be a Nuclear Device detonated in or near a Major U.S. City in 1997.

Objective measurement:

1) A Accidental or Deliberate detonation within a Major U.S. city will not occur. 2) This does not include "Nuclear Tests" which are conducted by the military. Unless this test occured within a major U.S. city, for example, the Military tested a Bomb by dropping on New York. In this case, I would be Wrong, and a little surprised...

3) This will not happen before 12-31-97
