A third "OJ" trial will begin by September, 1997
Objective measurement:
Come September, the airwaves will once again be filled with annoying reports of the "OJ Trial", now in its third incarnation.

By September, 1997
Why:
Because no matter which way the civil trial comes out, the losing party is going to try again. Besides, the ratings for the trial are still pretty good...

It'll take another famous celebrity murdering someone to get OJ off the tube.
