Prediction:
The US government will disallow electronic assembly "of and for the people" in March of 1997.
Objective measurement:
Internet censorship (deletions) will escalate into interference by transmited corruptions which disable hardrives from internet operations along with manipulations creating defamations of character of people working towards assembly.
