Prediction:
Boris Yeltsin will die in March of 1997, possibly assassinated or coup related.
Objective measurement:
He will be dead!

Why:
DREAM!
Further comments:
I'm not sure how it comes about. Either his failing health does him in and a struggle for power by hardliners results, or he is killed in a coup attempt by hardliners trying to restore the old ways of the USSR. It should happen sometime in the middle of March, although it could be a little sooner or later.
