Major war will begin again with Suddam Hussein .... He will begin wwIII.
Objective measurement:
wwIII - declaration of war between more than 40 countries.

Dreams .......
Further comments:
He will and already has attained the technology and the weapons he needs. I believe he will form an alliance with an eastern country with funds + supplies to assist in his efforts....BY end of !1996 or early 1997...He will use large guns (world's largest) to launch weapons on USA.
