Oil Companies workers strike
Objective measurement:
The company currently called "Exxon" will lay off 25% of its workers and will be forced to merge with another oil company to survive the impact of the strike.

Further comments:
Many serious construction accidents will also happen especially around cranes and bridges on rigs taking the lives of many workers. Those accidents will increase premium insurances, thus forcing the working man to strike.
Exxon is still listed as Exxon.
