Prediction:
Serious increase in drugs consumption by under age children.
Objective measurement:
Increase of 50% in the number of children convicted of drug use in 1997 compared to 1996.

Why:
Starting Jan.1st, 1997, Neptune' subtle power (the deceiving planet of religion, drugs/alcohol) will begin its karmic work upon this world. Using Divine Astrology (Nostradamus 16th century method) Neptune will be operational as of January 1st, 1997 and will stay with us until October 25th, 1998. - Neptune further drugs and alcohol consumption, induce sexual disease pushing non-working children into suicide or fight society in gang activity. On a negative side, Neptune rules religious fanaticism, illusion and desperation.

The government will have to take drastic measure to "save" families, destitute children and fight harder the "war" against an exploding drugs gangs related problems.
