Briefly explain KCS Roles and Responsibilities.
A KCS I user is non-licensed in that he can contribute a new knowledge article, but not approve it for an internal or external audience.
A KCS II user is licensed to approve a new knowledge article for internal audiences.
A KCS III is licensed to approve an article for internal or external audiences. A KCS coach monitors the quality of the Knowledge solutions and provides feedback to the solution authors to help them to improve their articles and the quality of the knowledge base.
