Use It - Solutions are searchable and readily available for use.
Flag It - All internal and external users have the ability to provide feedback in order to flag a solution that needs revision.
Fix It - Incorrect solutions that are flagged are then revised
Add It - New solutions that are used repeatedly become knowledge candidates.
