Monitor tends to blink and go out when any power source is near
Monitor issues:
if you have an outage where the monitor will not power up:
1. check power to monitor
2. try plugging in something else to the outlet to see if the outlet is working
3. try your monitor's powercord on a second monitor
4. try your monitor on a known working powersupply
